Qualifications:

College Degree preferably Food Technology and Sales & Marketing graduate.

Preferably 5 years work experience in related position.

Major duties and responsibilities:
- Provide costing of products and prepare estimated volume & forecast.
- Review data of supermarket sales and prepare monthly report (sales status, returns and suggestions for improvement).
- Validate documents from marketing dept. and coordinate with RnD.
- Occasionally proof read packaging materials before issuance of P.O.
- Look for possible packaging material / design occasionally.
- Provide costing for VG products by computing for the cost of FG ( Supermarket, Institutional, Employee Sale).
- Participate in audits and HACCP and other activities: mock recall, risk assessment etc. and certifications.
- Provide training plan to new employees and plan product launches.
- Assists and monitor activities of marketing personnel.
