- 8 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 large egg + 1 tsp water.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and pesto sauce.
- Spread the cream cheese and pesto mix over the puff pastry.
- Slightly roll the pastry until it lock.
- Cut into your desired thickness then, bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
- Serve immediately.
