Baguette

Hard and crusty on the outside. Moist, and creamy colored inside. Our freshly baked baguettes are as close as you’ll get to Paris.

Batard

With a golden crust and a moist interior. Has a lesser crust to crumb ratio than a baguette, to make it ideal for sandwich making and sliced bread.
