Pesto and Cream Cheese Puff Pastry Rolls

Ingredients
  • Village Gourmet Puff Pastry Sheets
  • 8 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 large egg + 1 tsp water


Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and pesto sauce.
4. Spread the cream cheese and pesto mix over the puff pastry.
5. Slightly roll the pastry until it lock.
6. Cut into your desired thickness then, bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and              puffed.
7. Serve immediately.
